Built with a 15:1 gear ratio, the tuner features a precision-machined globoid worm and double-enveloped system, delivering smooth rotation, stable tuning, and reduced backlash.

The Hauser-style plate maintains a traditional classical silhouette without surface ornamentation.
Across all models, Visesnut uses a distinctive flower-designed brass gear—not for decoration alone, but for function. Its expanded contact geometry allows the gear to wrap and engage the worm more effectively than conventional industrial gears, improving contact distribution, transmission stability, and long-term consistency.
The worm is crafted from stainless steel for strength and wear resistance.

Manufactured from solid brass and stainless steel components, the exterior is finished in nickel plating with a refined semi-matte surface, offering a balanced and contemporary look.
