Shipping

All Visesnut products are carefully prepared and shipped directly from our factory in Thailand.
Orders are dispatched regularly every Tuesday and Friday.

Guitar Cases

We offer complimentary worldwide shipping for guitar cases via express air freight.
Shipments are handled by trusted international carriers such as FedEx or DHL.
We will select the most suitable carrier for each destination based on reliability and the fastest available transit time.

Typical delivery time is 3–14 days, depending on the destination country.

Please note that KITA Series cases are shipped by sea freight only, which may require several weeks and in some cases longer than one month, depending on the shipping route and port schedule.

Tuning Machines

We also provide free worldwide shipping for tuning machines.
Most orders are shipped via international postal service. For some countries, orders of more than two sets may be shipped via an express courier service to ensure faster and more reliable delivery.

Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the regulations of the destination country.

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs duties or clearance issues, any refund will be deducted for all applicable costs, including shipping charges (both outbound and return) as well as any customs-related fees incurred.

Returns & Refunds

Every Visesnut product is carefully inspected before leaving our factory. However, if you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible after receiving the product, together with clear photos and a brief description of the issue.

Once the case has been reviewed and approved for return, the item must be sent back to our factory in Thailand for inspection.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

After we receive and examine the product, and confirm that the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we will issue a full refund.

To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in new condition, without signs of misuse, modification, or damage caused by external factors.

Warranty

Every Visesnut case purchased directly from Visesnut, or from an authorized distributor or dealer, is covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship of the guitar case itself under normal personal use.

Please note that this warranty applies only to the case. While Visesnut cases are engineered to provide excellent protection, we do not provide warranty coverage for the guitar or any instrument stored inside the case.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, negligence, accident, improper storage, modification, or external causes such as acts of God or force majeure, including failure to follow product instructions or precautions.
